DPI Ointment เป็นขี้ผึ้งแก้อักเสบ ป้องกันรอยดำที่มักเกิดขึ้นหลังการรักษาด้วยเลเซอร์ชนิดที่มีแผล

วิธีใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์

ทาบาง ๆ ใน 3 วันแรกต่อจาก BAC หลังจากนั้นให้หยุดใช้ รอจนสะเก็ดแผลหลุดดี แล้วให้เริ่มทายาต่อไปอีก 3 วัน จากนั้นหยุดใช้

Tips: สามารถเก็บยาไว้ในตู้เย็นหรือบริเวณที่อากาศเย็น เนื่องจากเป็นขี้ผึ้ง ยาอาจละลายกลายเป็นของเหลวได้ และไม่ควรใช้ยานอกเหนือจากคำแนะนำของแพทย์

การใช้ควบคู่กัน

ใช้ยาลดการอักเสบ BAC (ตลับสีชมพู) และตามด้วยยาทาลบรอย DPI (ตลับสีเขียว) ใช้คู่กัน ใน 3วันแรกของการรักษา โดยทาบาง ๆ อย่างเบามือ เช้า เย็น บริเวณที่ทำการรักษาด้วยเลเซอร์ชนิดมีแผลและมีสะเก็ด จนกระทั่งสะเก็ดหลุด แต่หากรู้สึกคันซึ่งเกิดจากความแห้ง ให้ทายาเพิ่มระหว่างวันได้อีก 2-3 ครั้ง เพื่อให้แผลเกิดความชุ่มชื่น

Tips: อาจใช้คอตตอนบัดเกลี่ยเนื้อยาแทนการใช้นิ้วมือ

วันที่ 4 ของการรักษาเป็นต้นไปให้ทา BAC อย่างเดียว โดยทาบาง ๆ เช้า เย็น บริเวณที่ทำการรักษาด้วยเลเซอร์ชนิดมีแผล หากรู้สึกคันซึ่งเกิดจากความแห้ง ให้ทายาเพิ่มระหว่างวันได้อีก 2-3 ครั้ง เพื่อให้แผลเกิดความชุ่มชื่น ทาต่อเนื่องจนกระทั่งสะเก็ดหลุดจึงหยุดทา

หลังจากสะเก็ดแผลหลุดดีแล้วให้เริ่มทายา DPI ต่อไปอีก 3 วัน โดยทาบาง ๆ เช้า เย็น บริเวณที่ทำการรักษาด้วยเลเซอร์ชนิดมีแผล และสะเก็ดแผลได้หลุดดีแล้ว จากนั้นให้หยุดใช้ และดูแลตัวเองตามปกติ

DPI Ointment
An anti-inflammatory ointment that helps prevent post-laser hyperpigmentation, especially after ablative laser treatments that cause wounds and scabs.

Directions for Use

Apply a thin layer for the first 3 days after using BAC, then stop.
Wait until the scabs fall off naturally.
Once the scabs have cleared, reapply DPI for another 3 days, then discontinue use.

Tips: Store in a refrigerator or a cool place, as the ointment may liquefy at higher temperatures. Use only as directed by your physician.

Combined Use

During the first 3 days post-procedure: apply BAC (pink container) followed by DPI (green container), twice daily (morning and evening) to the treated laser area with scabs. Apply gently in a thin layer.
If itching occurs due to dryness, apply an additional 2–3 times during the day to keep the wound hydrated.
Cotton swabs may be used instead of fingers for application.

From Day 4 onward

Use BAC only, twice daily (morning and evening), until the scabs have fallen off.
If itching from dryness occurs, apply an additional 2–3 times during the day to maintain hydration.
Discontinue BAC once the scabs have fully detached.

After scabs have fallen off completely

Begin applying DPI again, twice daily (morning and evening), for 3 consecutive days on the treated area.
After 3 days, discontinue use and continue with normal skincare.

Tips: Store in a refrigerator or cool area to prevent melting. Do not use this ointment beyond your physician’s instructions.
